Hello Steve. You need to make sure the drain hose is not clogged. If it is clear, you will need to replace the drain pump on the unit.

Hi Mary. On the lower part of the front panel there is an access panel to the rt. lower front panel. Remove this smaller access panel. Then you will see the drain pump cap in front of you. You will need a few towels or a shop vac ready to pick up water. You will unscrew the filter catcher and unclog the pump. Once cleaned try to reach in the pump and turn the impeller to see if it is free and not spinning on the shaft. The pump is part # 00144486. Thank you.
