Marilyn April 19, 2013 for Model Number CV2136 I just read the question regarding the cleaning and using the griddle after it was burned. I also just burned the griddle accidently and have cleaned and oiled it according to the directions in the users guide. I just am very concerned as the users manual states several times not to heat the griddle past 6 on the temperature knob or the non stick surface will be damaged. Two questions: Is the griddle safe to use now and do you think the non stick surface has been damaged. Thanks, Marilyn
