Hk February 08, 2019 for Model Number unsure I recently purchased a used Thermador stove. The model number is missing, however on the circuit board that I need to replace I am able to visualize the following: Digital Appliance Controls 00N21440001 REV H Sub H BSH 5040000219 up REV 7.0 Made in Mexico EE REV 4.0 Date Code 2263 0061 Will this circuit board be compatible? Also which ignition sensor would you recommend?
1 Answer HK, sadly the model number would be necessary to provide you with the information you seek. As parts can change by being updated, the model number is the best way to ensure that any information given is accurate. Read More...
John January 03, 2019 for Model Number Thermador PRDS486GDUS I have a Thermador model PRDS486GDUS and the main oven is having problems. It will initially heat to as much as 350 then will not maintain temp throughout a baking cycle. Would this be a control board issue or something else? Can I temporarily swap the control board (or another component) from the small oven to the main oven to isolate the problem?
1 Answer John, It sounds more of a temperature sensor problem more so than a control issue. You could swap them and see how your temps act or regulate. Read More...
Cliff March 23, 2018 for Model Number PRG304US My oven will not turn on. The top light blinks 5 times, then the bottom light blinks 5 times = error 55? What is wrong?
Mike October 20, 2017 for Model Number pgr364gl Hi, My thermador range oven pgr364gl will not light. I replaced the ignitor and it worked for a few days and then stopped. There are no lights flashing. I can light it manually but then the gas shuts off. I can hear the switch kick on but there is no buzzing sound of the igniter. The broiler works properly. If it is the oven control, is there any way I can test it before replacing it? Any help is appreciated, Thanks
1 Answer Hello Mike. Test for power to the valve. If there is power there, and the valve closes, you will need to replace the valve. If the power stops, you will need to replace the control on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Sheila July 14, 2017 for Model Number SEMW272BP The control panel has stopped and the service tech man that came out said replacing it would correct the problem. Wah June 24, 2017 for Model Number PDR304ZS I have a Thermador PDR304 range and the other day we had a power outage and now I the oven does no longer work. It now has the dreaded blinking LEDs showing me an error code 22 (EEPROM issue). I understand this is typically a problem with the control board so I took it out and checked it out. Nothing looks damaged on the surface. I would like to have it replaced/repaired and although you say it should have control board part# 00676192 (AP4434213) made by Bosch but I can't see any of those numbers/name on the board. What I do see the only label on my board is this: Digital Appliance Controls 00N21440001 Rev M Sub H BSH 5040000219 UP Rev 7.0 Made in Mexico EE Rev 7.0 Date Code 3259 0020F Although my board looks similar to what you show on your website, I want to make sure that what I order is the correct one. Is "Digital Appliance Control" possibly an alternate supplier to Bosch and they use a different part# scheme that you don't show on your website ? Thanks, Wah
1 Answer Wah, Yes this control board 00676192 will be the correct part number for your unit. Read More...
Kevin February 23, 2017 for Model Number Thermador SEMW302 Convection bake is working but convection broil doesn't. Didn't check clean because it pops the internal breaker on the oven. The microwave and warming drawer work. I believe it is the control board. Any thoughts?
1 Answer Kevin, The part that would most likely be causing this issue would be the relay board part number 00427198. Read More...
Patrick November 28, 2016 for Model Number PDR366ZS I purchased the 0676192 Bosch PC Board to replace the AP4434213. I had a Thermador certified technician install. After connecting all wires the technician cannot get the Bake or Conv. Bake to turn on. The fans and lights come on but it doesn't heat. The Broil and burners work but nothing else. He says it could be a faulty board. The problem is there is no return on the board I bought and he wants to me to buy another? Any suggestions.
1 Answer Patrick, If it is a faulty board you will want to contact the company that you received the board from. If the board came in defective they should give you another unless it was a as is part but we cannot speak for the company you bought it from. If you were to purchase from Appliancepartspros.com yo would have a 365 day guarantee on the part. If the tech thinks it is a bad board then it likely is. Read More...
Thermador November 19, 2016 for Model Number pgr304zs problem is only with the oven for the bake function. - Does not ignite. I am able to manually light but the gas turns off after about 3-5 seconds. - I was having a problem with the oven before the ignite problem where the cooking temp was incorrect (low). - No error code with blue light - Broil and top burners work. Thinking it is oven sensor or ignitor.... I had replace the pc board 3 1/2 years ago due to pc error code.
1 Answer Hello Thermador. Based on the information you provided, the ignitor is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
