Paul, Yes the timers would be the same. The "B" ia a designation in the production number, It may tell what production line the timer was produced on, and or if there's been a change in the timer components ( an upgrade if you will).

Hello Geno. You need to test for power coming to the drain pump. If there is power there, and the unit does not run, you will need to order and replace the drain pump on the unit. This model has 2 pumps. A circulation and a drain pump.

Hello J.H., This sounds like a bad circulation pump. It could be the timer, but if you test for voltage at the motor, you can easily isolate it. If you have voltage at the circulation motor, the motor has failed. If you no voltage at the circulation pump, you have a bad timer.

Hello Jean. If the buzzing is coming from the water valve, and not water is coming into the unit, then you will need to replace the water valve 154637401 on the unit. Hope this helps.

Hello Arlen. Make sure the water is hot at the sink before starting the dishwasher. Also, as for the heating issue, test the thermostat 154290204 and the heater 154665201. They should read closed for continuity. If one of these are bad, it can cause the unit to run for longer periods of time. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Hello JLM. You will need to test the thermal cut-off 154290204 and the heater 154665201. They should read closed for continuity. Also, check and make sure the water level inside the dishwasher is correct. If not, it can cause the problems your having with the debris. You will need to replace the water valve 154637401 if it is low. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
