Michael May 11, 2023 for Model Number ddt595ssj2 The UI board is not working there are lights on but none of the buttons will work. What can I check to see if I need to replace the UI board or something else? How do you set the personality on this board there was not any information on how to do this? I installed the UI board and it is doing the same thing the dishwasher will not work how can I test for voltage going to the board and is it VAC or VDC?
1 Answer Michael, If the user interface is coming on but not responding then this will be a faulty UI board. You would need to look at the tech sheet and set the code per the model and it will be a pin on the board that would be set using pin covers. You can test at the UI board for 13.5 VDC. Read More...
