Shannon May 20, 2017 for Model Number PDW9280J03SS Two problems--One is the fuse was turned off and upon turning it back on we have no function of dishwasher and get a continuous beep and no lights. Looked at the inside and the keypad appears to look "burned up" for lack of better wording. Can you advise on exact panel to buy and if one with NO electrical knowledge can easily replace Two is while fixing this, we also need to replace the springs as our dishwasher slams to the ground when opened.
