Allan, If you've conducted the automatic and / or manual test modes and the console and indicators diagnostic tests, and all checked OK, you'll need the WPW10189966 Machine Control Board. If there was an issue, then you'll want to start with the user interface [8564290] which has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

David, The stator or rotor could be missing but normally you would see signs of a broken magnet on them. If this is not the case then it would likely be just off balance loads. While it did not do this previously it could also be caused by a floor that is allowing a little more give to it which will cause this unit to become unbalanced.

Allister, You will want to get down into the unit and locate the tech sheet. On the tech sheet it will tell you how to access stored error codes. You will want to check to see if there are any stored codes and then proceed to test the components that it advises. This could be a bearing issue if the tub will not spin by hand, a stator or rotor that is bad, a bad RPS sensor, bad door lock so it is important to check error codes.

This is the only way we can look up any appliance parts since it is set up this way industry wide. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
