Nick July 07, 2016 I just bought one of these to install on a Samsung dryer that is experiencing the infamous cracked drum issue. I see that there is a note that part # xxxx replaces part #xxxx. Do you know if Samsung has identified and fixed the original defect/weak weld? Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Nick. We have no way of knowing if they changed it but it does seem like they did an upgrade on it to change the part number. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Jonathan. The model number will have to be verified on the units I.D. tag since the one listed came up invalid. This will be necessary to look up and specific parts such as the one you requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We will need your model number to help you with this. Lee April 21, 2016 for Model Number DV350AEW/XAA-0000 On your video it shows the pink stripe on the drum to the rear of the dryer. It also says to be sure the pink stripe is to the rear when replacing the new drum. When I removed the old drum the pink stripe was to the front. Was this in the wrong position originally? Do I replace this with the pink stripe to the rear or front. Please advise.. Will be waiting by my email. Been with a dryer drum for over a month.
1 Answer Hello Lee. You will need to install the drum the same way you took it out. If your stripe was in the front then put it back in the front of the dryer. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Mark. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Check and make sure the unit is not set to Air Fluff. Also check the heater and thermostats and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Cyndi October 28, 2015 for Model Number DV330AEW/XAA My dryer turns on but when you press the start button it only makes a slight clicking sound.
1 Answer Cyndi, You will want to check the thermal fuse on the blower housing and check the door switch to make sure that they have continuity. If there is no continuity then the issue will most likely be the control board. Read More...
