Shawn, Yes, this model agitator does have "dogs" but they are internal and cannot be replaced, you will need to order and install a new agitator 27001230. But this would have very little to do with the wet clothes at the end of the spin cycle. The most likely issue for the poor spin characteristic is a worn Thrust Bearing Assembly 12002213. If the tolerances are off, the mechanism will not unlock the brake rotor and or not lock the clutch and the tub will not get to maximum spin speed to extract all the water from the clothes.

Thanks

Hello Richard. You will need to check the pump WP35-6780 and see if there is something stuck inside the pump. Also check the bearing on the bottom of the pump and make sure it is not locked up. If so, you will need to remove it or replace the pump assembly. Hope this helps.

Hi Aline. According to your explanation it sounds like the auger is working properly. The lower portion of the auger will always turn at the same rate, regardless of the load size. The upper portion will turn in sync with the lower part when you run smaller loads. This is due to not enough friction created to allow the upper auger to spin separate from the lower portion. The upper portion should turn clockwise with heavier loads only. Hope this helps!

Hello Richard. You will need to pull the dispenser cap off the top of the agitator. Then remove the bolt under the cap inside the agitator. Once removed, the old agitator pulls off the transmission shaft. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
