Mark K February 19, 2022 for Model Number PGR5715BDW I need to replace the power boost 12,000 BTU burner on this model, its the right front burner, all the other burners on the stove are 9,200 BTU. Is the part interchangeable with either the 9200 or 12000 BTU burners? Will this one still put out the 12,000 BTU? thanks
1 Answer Hello Mark, WP3412D024-26 is the only burner recommended by the manufacturer so it will produce the proper BTU when in use. The orifice under the burner will be the determining factor for the BTU output. Read More...

Lito May 28, 2021 for Model Number CGR3742CDW Hi, I see redish/yellowish flame colors on my stove burners, how do I fix this problem?
1 Answer Lito, it would be recommended that the burner heads are thoroughly cleaned as a blocked burner port can cause improper flame patterns to occur. If this is occurring in the oven as well, it would be likely that the regulator WP74006429 is partially clogged or the lockout is partially activated. Read More...

Ty July 16, 2020 for Model Number MGS5770ADW I see there are two model numbers for the burner assembly, one for the three regular burners and one for the booster. Can I replace the booster burner with a regular burner? I have two burners that are shooting out a flame from the large hole that is causing a spot to form on my pots. It’s the two front burners which we obviously use most often. One is the booster, don’t really need it as a booster so if I can replace it with the less expensive regular burner, that would be good. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Ty, the 3 burners WP3412D024-26 for right front, left front and left rear are the same, the 1 burner WP3412D021-26 for the right rear is listed as a simmer burner. Read More...

Delfie March 13, 2018 My gas burner will not ignite even though gas is present and the ignition clicker is operating. It will ignite if I use a match or a lighter. Thanks
1 Answer Delfie, Check and make sure the veturi holes in the burner are all clear and clean. Make sure the spark from the igniter to the burner is a very bright "white" spark, not orange or yellow and make sure the spark "lands" on the cap in the same place most of the time. If all is OK, replace the burner assembly first. Read More...
