Hello Lance. Try and do a hard reset on the unit by turning the power off for about fifteen minutes then back on. Make sure all the wires are correct and the ribbon cable for the touch pad is seated properly. If so, and no response from the touch pad, I would replace the touch pad on the unit. It is possible for the power surge to get both parts on the unit, but most likely a bad connection of the ribbon cable from teh control panel WP9758473.

Marvin for Model Number GR448LXPQ2

The control panel settings are crazy! There is a beeping, then different codes are displayed...one is F2. The clock will come on with the correct time, but then "start?" comes up on the display, and the screen goes black. There are random beeps and sometimes nothing will set at all. We tried unplugging the range to see if it would reset. It did reset and worked a little over a week. It started the random beeping and random displays again last night.

Joel, Have you reset the reminder tones on the control ? or perhaps a voltage problem ? The information to reset the notification chimes would be in your User's Manual, and you should try that first. Otherwise, it would be in the ERC/Control 9757271 Thanks and Good Luck

Bobber, I would not start with a new ERC/Control, If anything, I would start at the membrane/control panel WP9758472. You didn't mention any error codes (F1,F2, F0,etc.) , but the keypad is more susceptible to failure than a ERC/ control board 9757271. Thanks and Good Luck

Hello Victor. Check the wires and make sure they are connected good and are not broken. If everything is good, and you have replaced the lock assembly, you will need to change the control. Hope this helps.
