Hello Greg, if the microwave is heating correctly when set to full power (100%) then the keypad/control panel is failing it is part 53001243 and is no longer available.

Hello MacGyver. You will need to check the latches and switches. If all are good, and working properly, then the control panel has failed. The control panel 53001297 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

Hello Fred, We need to know exactly what the display readout shows when the ON/OFF button is depressed. This will most likely be a fault code since the tech sheet doesn't mention anything about displaying any "programming numbers" at any time. Hello Louis. Try cleaning the ribbon cable for the control panel. If the issue continues, then you will need to replace the control panel WPW10212890 on the unit.

Hello Brent, One of the door switches are failing. Since the current that flows through one switch also flows through the other switches, I never replace just one, but all three. This prevents having to go back in in a short period of time to replace the others. The part numbers are WP56001036 and 4392027. The second part number is for the two switches that are the same. You will need to order just one of each since the second number includes the other two switches.
