Paul, Did you reset the filter status system properly ? " • Press and hold both the Lock and Water buttons simultaneously for four seconds. The green filter status indicator light will flash three times when the function has successfully reset.", if so, then the dispenser control board [ 67005399] BOARD, CONTROL is the issue. Water dripping from the dispenser spout can/will occur when the filter is replaced or work to the water supply line(s) is performed. If you dispense 3 or 4 quarts of water through the water dispenser it will usually solve the issue, unless you have low water pressure o the refrigerator.

Paul, If the water pressure is slow with the filter being in then the filter would be the most likely cause and if it is a new filter then the water filter housing would be the issue. For the control the dispenser control board will be the issue.

Hello Joe. Programming Mode: NOTE: The Program Code is located on the Serial Plate on this unit after the word Code. 1. Open the Fresh Food door and press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad Door Alarm . 2. Press and hold Freezer Temperature Down Keypad . 3. Release the Door Alarm Keypad Door Alarm and wait 3 seconds. 4. The control will display PE to indicate the programming mode. 5. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad once more. 6. The control will display the current Program CODE. This value should be validated with the Program CODE printed on the unit serial plate. PE0 Fast Ice Reset Filter Vacation Mode Temp Alert Door Alarm Max Cool Freezer Order Replace Refrigerator 000 NOTE: If the Program CODE is correct, the Programming Mode is exited by closing the Refrigerator door(s). 7. Press the Refrigerator Temperature UP Keypad or Refrigerator Down Keypad to change the digit value with each key press. 8. The decimal point indicates the selected digit. Press the Freezer Temperature UP Keypad to select the next digit. 9. Once the desired Program CODE is entered, press and hold the Freezer Temperature DOWN Keypad until the Program CODE begins flashing indicating it has been saved. NOTE: If you attempt to enter an invalid Program CODE the control will not save the new code, but will beep. (The unit will NOT run with a Program CODE of 0000).Once the Program CODE has been saved the Programming Mode is exited by closing the Refrigerator door(s). If the new code is incorrect this process should be repeated after closing the Refrigerator door(s).

Hello Mike. To replace the control/display board : first remove power to the refrigerator, 1. Remove light shield by sliding shield to rear to release cover. 2. Depress with a screw driver through two slots in the front of the light housing release tabs to release Control Board housing (these slots are on the back side of the control "box" near the top of the "box" along the ceiling) 3. Control Board housing will drop down exposing Control Board. 4. Unplug two wire harnesses plugged into the Control Board. 5. Release tabs holding Control Board to housing.

Hello Beverly. You need to check and see if the limit switch is bad. if it is good, then you will need to order the control board WPW10204681.

Hello Pa. You will need to call in and order 67005470. This part has been discontinued, but we are showing a few in stock as of 9/3/2015/. Just call 1-877-477-7278 to order the keypad.

Hello LH. If both are new, then the main board WP12782036SP may be bad on the unit. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
