Cristobal for Model Number DU945PWSS0

My dishwasher did not seem to have finished its last cycle as there was about one inch of water left at the bottom. The "clean" light was not on either. The touch pad panel does not light up. There is power on the junction box of the appliance. I have checked the thermal fuse and the door switches for continuity. They seem fine. What else could I check before replacing expensive parts? Thanks P.S. On the inside of the panel it says DU915PWSS0

Hello Kaulana, You will want to test for power to the control board to make sure that you are getting 120vac. If you are getting power but no display then you would want to replace the control board. To check this you will check from P8 (Tan) to P7 (White).

Tammy, At this point, the keypad is the most likely issue " PROBLEM: WON’T RUN OR POWER UP No operation, no keypad response, and no LEDs or display > Multiple open or shorted circuits in keypad". Yes you will need to replace the complete control panel assembly WPW10101970 as it and the keypads are a single unit. It's not that hard a repair to make, just make sure you turn the power off to the dishwasher first. Thanks
