1 Answer David, If your washer has a front lower access panel you will need to remove power to the washer, remove the panel and reach up and into the cabinet in the area of the door handle. you should feel a small plastic ball at the bottom of the latch assembly, pull down on the ball and the door will unlatch. If you don't have a lower access panel, you will need to remove the top panel, reach down between the tub front and the front panel and find the manual release and unlatch the door. Read More...
