Stephen, you would need to open the door fully, locate the locking mechanism on each hinge near the oven cabin and rotate them up and out towards the door until they can't rotate further. At that point, the door can be rotated up (engaging the lock mechanisms) and foward allowing the door to be pulled out.

Cocoa, the inner glass WP8053948 is relatively easy to replace. It can be replaced by removing the door, removing the two top screws and the two bottom screws from the inner panel, and this will give access to the inner glass.
