Ricky July 08, 2024 when i turn washer on, electric lock switches off/on continuously. i have to put pull pressure on door to open. i pulled switch out. when i saw striker part sold with this, i checked & it is loose, screws not fastened in tight. would that cause the problem? not needing the switch but just the striker. needing answer as soon as possible please and thank you.

Ken October 11, 2023 for Model Number WFW72HEDW0 Washer stuck in drain, door locked and door light blinking. Unlatched door, and drain pump still runs with door open, no code only flashing lock light. Door latch? Thanks, Ken
