Frank February 24, 2012 for Model Number KSB5WH The lid we received (WPL 9704920) is completely wrong for our Kitchen Aid Blender (KSB5WH). Our glass jar is a screw on cap, and the part you sent does not screw-on or fit inside the rim. Also There is no gasket in the cap you sent, which is what we wanted in the first place. We will be sending it back. What's the deal here?
