Mark, The water filter cover will push to the left or right to release the cover from the pegs then slide to the other side to remove.

Audrey, The filter cover sits on 2 pegs that are on the water filter head. You would just pull the back part of the cover off and the slide the other side off.

Hello Ken. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like you will need to replace the water tank and head unit WP12956202. When you replace this, be sure and install a new filter as well. It sounds like there is an issue with the tank aasembly.

Hello Vivian. Check and see if the fill tube for the icemaker is frozen. If so, you will need to thaw it and replace the water valve. If it is clear, you will test for power coming to the water valve when the icemaker is cycling for a harvest. It will only send power for about 2-3 seconds. If there is power and no water, replace the water valve 67006322. If the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker WPW10190981. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
