Hello Rick. Check all the wiring inside the unit. If it is good, it sounds like the main board 8205421 is bad on the unit. The board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

Hello Nick. You most likely have a "high voltage" side malfunction. Transformer, diode, magnetron, Capacitor. You will need to be extremely careful if you decide to test the components with a multi meter, Very high residual voltage is present, so make sure you remove power to the microwave and short across the terminals on the capacitor. The magnetron should have a reading of less than 1 ohm resistance across the two terminals, and an "open" circuit between each terminal and chassis ground. The diode/rectifier should have a resistance reading in one direction only, no resistance, or resistance in both directions indicate a faulty diode. The primary winding on the trans former should read approximately 450 Ohms resistance, the secondary winding should read 80 ohms resistance, and the filament transformer should read 100 ohms resistance. If all the readings are proper and in range, replace the magnetron.

Jean, The fault code of F3H is a humidity sensor failure and will want to do the following: 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 2. Connect a new humidity sensor to the electronic control (at P5). 3. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 4. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power. 5. If no failure code appears when starting sensor function, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 6. Replace old humidity sensor. 7. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 8. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power. 9. If failure code appears when starting sensor function, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 10. Replace electronic control. 11. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 12. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.

Hello Don, Microwave will not operate (cook). F7 error codeappears on the display indicates a electrical circuit interruption between L1 and Neutral in the microwave inverter circuit. Possible reasons: 1. Check door, hinge and cavity front alignment and adjust as needed. 2. Check the operation of all interlock switches. 3. Check over temperature protector for the magnatron. 4. Check all Cavity Thermostats for closed circuit. 5. Unplug the oven for at least 40 seconds. If this solves the problem A. Check the Cooling Fan for proper operation orblockage B. Check the resistance of the magnetron thermostat. It should be 0 Ohms, replace if necessary. 6. Check that the control cable to the 1100 watt inverter is properly connected to plug P2 on the display PCB & Adjust or Reconnect 7. If interlock switches operate correctly, replace 1100W inverter. 8. If problem persists, replace control assembly.

Hello Lindsay. F7 Power to magnetron interrupted 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 2. After 40 seconds, check to see whether this solves the problem. 3. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 4. Check cooling fan operation 5. Check the magnetron. 6. Check P65 connection on the relay control board. 7. Check the P56/P66 connection between relay board and relay control board. 8. Check wiring to the 1200W inverter and control system. See “Checking Inverters.” 9. Check operation of all interlock switches. 10. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 11. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power. 12. Check voltage at 4903-1 on relay board. If it is 120, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 13. Replace inverter. 14. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 15. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power. 16. If problem persists, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 17. Replace relay control board. 18. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 19. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power. 20. If problem persists, unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. 21. Check for reversed plug connection on controls or loose wiring. 22. Replace all parts and panels before operating. 23. Hello Shannon! Unfortunately, we do not have the specs available on the parts to tell the exact difference in the two. However, you will need to replace the part called directly for your appliance by the manufacture. Thanks!
