Tracy C October 06, 2015 for Model Number KUDPO2IRBS1 A small plastic piece is loose on the top left of our dishwasher's cabinet rack track. I think it's part of the rack track that the end cap (track stop) snaps into. With it loose, it catches when we slide the top rack back in place. I'm unclear whether the white piece is part of the rack track (part PS2377058) or the track stop (PS982181) and can't tell in the photos on the website. Also, if I order new tracks, do they come with new track stops, or do I need to order those separately? The photo appears to include the track stops. Can you help me determine what I need to order? Thanks.
1 Answer Tracy, The only white pieced that can bee seen on the track would be the slides where the 2 racks slide together, the rest is gray. It would appear that the track will be the part you need. The part number for the left track is WPW10247512. Read More...
Luc March 15, 2015 for Model Number KUCS02SRSS0 Dishwasher upper right rack needs to be replaced (part W10247511 or AP4510035). Can the old track be popped out of the plastic holders and the new one inserted in its place? Or does the dishwasher need to come out to be able to access the screw that hold the plastic track holders? I have seen both replacement procedures mentioned. Thanks' Luc
1 Answer Luc, you'll need to remove the screws holding the track to the dishwasher cabinet in order to remove and replace the track. Thanks. Read More...
Kent O July 03, 2013 for Model Number Kitchen Aid KUDT03STSS2 On the upper rack there is a track that is stationary on each side of the dishwasher and the rollers (2 on each side) are guided along the track when you open or close the upper rack. However, the rails are very loose and it appears that nylon sleeves with nylon roller bearings around 3/8' came out of the assembly. My wife handed them to me out of a drawer. I don't know how many go on each side of the track, but can you buy just the roller bearings and the sleeve that holds them? If so, how many are needed for each side and how much do they cost?
1 Answer Kent, The upper rack on either side there are 2 wheels on the adjuster on each side. The wheel part number is WP8270138 and the axels for the rollers are part number WP8268703. Read More...

Rick June 15, 2011 for Model Number KUDP02FRSS1 The top right rack bearings, in plastic holder, have broken and fallen out of the track. It looks like I need to purchase the entire track part # AP1410035. Can you tell me how this is installed? thanks---
1 Answer Hello Rick. You will have to remove the rack stop WP8573954 in order to remove the rack and allow you access to the track. The track is held in by a few screws, you might have to pull the dishwasher out and access the screws from the outer of the tub. Good luck! Read More...
