Stephan, If you're not using a reverse osmosis filter system, of a "full house" filter system, and you're sure you have at least 32 PSI water pressure to the refrigerator isolation valve, then you'll need to check or replace the W11346622 / W10753488 Reservoir/filter head assembly. The filter head has internal bypass levers, under certain conditions the levers can "stick" or malfunction and reduce the water flow to the ice maker and dispenser.

Jerry, You will want to check the screen on the hot water side of the water valve to make sure that there is nothing clogged in it. If this checks ok then check to see if there is a thermistor on the unit which could be bad and calling for cold water. If these check ok then check to make sure that the hot water valve is getting 120 vac to it. If it is but no hot water coming in then the issue will be a faulty water valve.

Ricky, If the unit is an electronic pump that is not pumping the water out then you would want to ensure that the pump is getting voltage to it. If it is then you will want to replace the pump. Also check the wiring and the connections.
