Stone F Katy , TX July 18, 2020 Dishwasher not cleaning and lower arm was popping out of holder.. Parts arrived faster than promised. I unscrewed both holder screws. The new arm snapped right in the new holder. Then screwed the new arm holder assembly back in to the dishwasher. The repair took only a couple minutes and dishwasher is working again.
