Randy W Evansville , IN November 23, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RS25H5000SR/AA-0000 Ice maker dispenser motor shaft was broken Using the Model number, I found the replacement part on AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered it, received it the next day (for standard shipping price, btw). In the meantime, found a service manual online with replacement instructions. Had the defective one removed and the new one installed within 20 minutes. I was offered the extended warranty when I bought the refrigerator, and when the ice maker stopped dispensing after about a year and a half, I was sort of kicking myself. But not now, bought the part for $100, didn't have to schedule a repair person or sit on a hot-line for some interminable amount of time and my wife thinks I'm a rock star!!
