Kelly C Syracuse , NY February 12, 2024 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV45H7000EW/A2-0000 Unresponsive buttons We've been putting off trying to fix this thing for years since the dryer was out of warranty and we figured it would be some expensive thing we'd need to call a repairman for. Well, the buttons finally stopped responding altogether (before you just needed to coax them...a lot) so we put in a repair request with Samsung, got their obnoxious quote, looked up the price for the part here, saw that it was literally 8 screws to access and change the part, and promptly canceled the repair request, ordered this part, and the thing was fixed in no time flat.
