Job took 20 minutes start to finish. Very easy. Called various repair shops. Estimates $4-500 dollars. Spent a little over $200 for both rails. Joe S Waretown , NJ December 26, 2016 Lower left slide in freezer Remove upper tray and pull out the bin in the lower drawer. There's a guide shaft gear and rod that goes across, it has to be removed, making sure you don't break the plastic pin that holds the assembly together. Once that is taken out, remove 2 Philips head screws from the inside of the drawer. A clip inside the freezer holds the track in place. Pull out the old, slide in the new, reattach the guide shaft and pin, put bin and top tray back. You're done. It took longer to take the food out of the freezer than it did the repair.
