Jane S Anna , IL November 22, 2016 My samsung refrigerator quit making ice i couldn't figure out why being that it was less than three years old when i pulled the ice bucket out i found that it had a large crack in the side I found the part needed on Appliance Parts Pros. I ordered it on a Thursday and received it on Saturday. I replaced the old bucket with the new one. It was a very simple fix--no tools needed.I am thankful that I found them. I will tell everyone I know about the excellent service they provide. They saved me a lot of money by not having to call a repair man . Thank you.
