Samsung DA66-00344A Refrigerator Door Cam Hinge Riser OEM Part

Order and received hinges and the parts for the doors that were lost. After plugging it in the open door chimes started and would not stop. I call appliance Parts customer service and tech Dept. They were very patient and helpful with my ordering the parts I needed and tried to get the chimes to stop. The People I talked to were very helpful and patient in trying to fix this problem. Even though I'm have to have a service person come to look at it, I will use Appliance Parts again first should I have a problem. Parts arrived quickly and were the correct parts that I needed. Thank You Appliance Parts for you expertise and very patient employees.

I wish all repairs were this easy and inexpensive! I followed the directions on the video from the website and in a short time it was done and the door works like new. Emptying the refrigerator door and cleaning the shelves took longer than actually replacing the parts. Before I ordered, I did chat with the support folks on the website to confirm that both the lower and upper cam risers are identical. Glad I ordered 2 as both existing ones were little more than smears of rubber.

Replaced door cam riser on the bottom hinge. Fixed my problem.

I followed the instructions exactly as shown on your repair video: 1. Cleaned out the refrigerator and put perishable foods into an ice cool. 2. Turned off the water to the refrigerator and unplugged it. 3. Unscrewed the plate on top of refrigerator door and disconnected the wires. 4. Removed the door. 5. Replaced the Door Cam Riser and Hinge Cam Riser. 6. Put the door back on. 7. Tested door several times. 8. Reconnected the wires / plate on top of door. 9. Turned water back on and plugged in refrigerator.
