Samsung DC64-00802C Washer Door Boot Seal OEM Part

I ordered new door gasket, front and rear clamp for gasket and installed them.

Watched APP videos related to Samsung front load washers, ordered all parts I thought I might need, made repair. Took several hours to take apart and several hours to repair but it wasn't very difficult if you are a little bit handy at this sort of thing. Took my time as I only wanted to do this once. Ordered a flange (spider), tub seal, door gasket, "shaft seal", and a couple of flange bolts to replace some I broke removing old flange. Parts arrived quickly and are high quality. I recommend having help removing and installing the tub to the washer frame. My washer had heavy vibration weights on the front and back of the tub. I removed the front weights before removing the tub from the washer frame. Also removed the stator motor the reduce weight of tub. I cleaned out the drain pump and hoses with a shop vac while the washer was apart. Very easy to do with the washer apart and I found coins in the pipe elbow that were blocking the flow. Use a little soapy water to ease install of the gaskets and seal.

Had to take the whole washer apart. The part is located on the inside drum. It is a front loader, if it wasn't for the videos and customer service I would never be able to perform the task.

Tar down completely, install a new door gasket, flange shaft assembly, tub seal, center tub seal, and while at it I replaced the drain pump. With the video that Appliancepartspros I was able to complete the repair without messing up THE WASHER WORKS GREAT NOW.

Watched a 45 minute video on your website that explained what might be the problem with my machine. I took the machine apart per all of the step by step processes outlines perfectly in the video. Found out the "Spider" was broken and ordered all the parts recommended. I added the shocks to the list because they may have been part of the reason it broke, and if not they took a beating once it was broken. It took about 2.5 hours to put the machine back together once my parts arrived. I am happy to report that the machine works like new again....!
