After ordering two other shelf parts for the same refrigerator and both were wrong, I called the customer service # and was fortunate to get Susan S. on the line. She was able to resolve the issue and went the extra mile to research why the part was not as illustrated in the schematic. Thumbs up for the excellent service I received.
