James M Aiken , SC November 12, 2018 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG MOD. RS2556SH Yes The ice tray would not operate properly because the ice maker support was broken. I found the support I needed on Appliance Parts Pros site, then I watched their video on how to remove the support / ice tray from the fridge. Following the video I replaced the support and ice tray then put the assembly back into the fridge and "wallah" started making ice. Thanks to Appliance Parts, I successfully completed the repair and saved a bundle of money. All made possible by their concise video.
