Margaret C Tampa , FL June 07, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Dishwasher DW80F600UTW/AA-0000 I accidentally stepped on the door of my Samsung dryer. The door is intact but brackets bent. I am so blessed. I went online. Found the brackets. Watch the video for the brackets I chose. And lucky me. I did not have to pull the dishwasher out. The installer did not have it flush under the counter. So I was able to pull the dishwasher forward unhook the damage brackets and insert the new. Put the dishwasher back in. Two screws. Now the balanced and secure dishwasher washes better than ever and I did not have to pay an extraordinary fee for a repairman. I'm 68 and take care of a 72 year old Parkinson's patient. And we do not have a lot of money cumming in monthly. Our savings have all gone two needed repairs on the house and hospital bills. We don't have anybody to take care of us. But my friend and I have each other. I have seen the most beautiful retirement homes but I have also seen the actual care. That is why my friend lives with me. Thank you Appliance Parts Pro. I want to especially thank Jim who spent time with me and review the issues I had with my dryer and narrowed down the needed parts so that I did not go Hog Wild and buy things I didn't need. If you're lucky enough to have friends or relatives to help you and you can't install yourself, just remember there is YouTube to narrow down what you want and this wonderful company that sells the parts, over 2.1 million, and videos for the actual Parts you buy. I saved over $500 on the repair of my dryer. I cannot tell you how much that helped me we are talking about less than $100 in parts. The 500 or more would have been the service call.
