This OEM replacement Universal Element Receptacle kit is designed to fit most popular range brands such as Maytag, Magic Chef, Jenn Air, Whirlpool, Roper, Kenmore, Frigidaire, Admiral, Crosley, Estate, and Amana. This kit comes complete with everything you need for a hassle-free installation.

Included in the Kit:

• Two different mounting brackets
• A plastic terminal block

In case your oven or range is displaying any of the following signs: non-heating burners, malfunctioning heating elements, burning odor, or a buzzing sound, this kit could be the answer to the problem. To replace the kit, you would require specific tools such as wire strippers, a heat gun or hair dryer, and a #1 square-head screwdriver. 

Support bracket that secures the broil heating element in your range oven. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing to properly mount the broiler element.

Support plate that mounts to the bottom of your range oven cavity. Replace if the original plate is cracked, warped, or damaged from heat exposure.

Tapping plate that mounts the mullion vertical trim on your refrigerator. Replace if cracked, stripped, or missing to restore secure trim attachment.

Mounting bracket that secures the range cabinet and internal components for proper alignment. Replace if cracked, bent, or broken to restore stability.

This left-side tapping plate/gusset is a metal mounting bracket that reinforces appliance panels and hinge areas, restoring secure attachment and alignment for doors or panels. It helps reduce wobble and maintains proper fit where the original bracket is damaged or worn. What it does:

• Reinforces and secures hinge or panel attachment points to restore alignment
• Provides a threaded or tapped surface for fasteners where sheet metal cannot accept screws
• Stops movement or sagging that can cause gaps, noise, or poor door sealing
• Helps prevent further damage to the cabinet or door mounting area

• Always disconnect power (and water, if applicable) before beginning repairs
• Inspect mounting holes and surrounding metal; remove any damaged fasteners or debris before installing
• Use the correct replacement screws and hand-tighten, then torque to manufacturer specs if available; do not over-tighten
• If the cabinet or hinge area is severely corroded or stripped, additional repair or reinforcement may be required
