It was evident that one of the wheels had worn and wasn't turning freely like the other one. The video showed how to remove the roller. Very simple process and now the dryer works just fine. Disassembled dryer, replaced worn parts and reassembled dryer. Removed top cover, disconnected front connector, removed front panel, removed belt from idler pulley, removed washer drum and belt, replaced push clip, retaining clips, 2 support rollers and idler pulley.
