It was evident that one of the wheels had worn and wasn't turning freely like the other one. The video showed how to remove the roller. Very simple process and now the dryer works just fine. Disassembled dryer, replaced worn parts and reassembled dryer. Removed top cover, disconnected front connector, removed front panel, removed belt from idler pulley, removed washer drum and belt, replaced push clip, retaining clips, 2 support rollers and idler pulley. I ordered the parts after using the parts assembly drawing provided by AppliancePartsPros.com website. The parts were delivered quicker than expected. I also watched the short repair video that showed exactly how to get the machine apart and to reassemble it. I also replaced the drive belt while I had it apart. The dryer runs like a new one now. YouTube autoplayed a similar video, which happened to be a better match to my dryer. I took it apart, decided I had a bad drum roller and clip, but ordered the parts recommended in the kit. The $8.44 in change found in the lint mess in the front panel did not cover the parts. The actual repair took longer, chipped a nail, small bleeding cut, and bumped my pelvic bone sliding it back in.
