Simple fix it just sets inside a bracket with one screw. The big deal was we couldn't find anyone at Lowes or Samsung to help us. They said we needed technician but because we pulled the piece off our warranty was nullified plus I couldn't find a certified Samsung technician in our area. Seriously, this was a part that cost under 5 dollars. So I'm not sure what we will do if we have trouble with our Samsung appliance in the future but I am happy to know Applianceparstpros will have what we need to try and fix ourselves. Read More...
