Dustin S Strasburg , CO January 07, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer LXR9445JQ1 Loud clunking for awhile and then no agitation Directions came with the new dogs and there is a great repair video on the website. I found the video after clicking on the repair kit link, it was just below the kit's images. I ordered new agitator dogs and just replaced the thrust washer and cam bearing while it was apart (these parts come in the repair kit along with new rubber seals and the agitator cam. I didn't need any of the latter so I ordered parts individually). The old ones showed some wear but had nothing to do with the dogs' teeth being stripped off which kept it from agitating. They were just the parts I needed. With the repair video supplied by ApplicancePartsPros; it made the repair quite simple. I do appreciate the customer service for providing these repair videos.
