I tried several times to order from another dealer and although they said the bin was in stock, I never received it. When I did check with them on the phone they said that it was not in stock and it would be in a couple of days later. I never got notice that it was in and being shipped so two weeks later I cancelled the order and got a refund and found Appliance Parts Pros. You too said it was in stock and it was actually sent out the same day and I received it two days later. It was exactly what I needed and I was able to replace the cracked bins. I mean after 12 years, I guess it was a tad tired with a few cracks and finally a broken appendage to hold it into the door. Without a part number and only a description, I knew AppliancePartsPros.com would have the solution. I quickly found what I was looking for (and at a great price), ordered my OEM replacement part and BAMM! the next thing I knew the part arrived at my doorstep. APP states (on average) 1.7 days till you get your part, but it seemed like it arrived by flying carpet. APP has excellent customer service and has not let me down from my oven repair to my LG washer and now to my Whirlpool fridge. Now, the ketchup, mustard, and Tahini have a place to live again.
