Carmeletta S Brook Park , OH December 04, 2014 Charcoal filter & grease filters needed to be replace I took the plastic vent piece off the front of the microwave & removed the charcoal filter & put the new one in. Made sure that while I had it open I cleaned all the built up grease out of it before closing it back up. Took the 2 grease filters from underneath the microwave & replaced with the new ones. Ruth T Lake Worth , FL January 21, 2018 The vented grill on the front of the microwave broke and would not stay on. I ordered the microwave vent grill and charcoal filter for my model microwave. Received it in a reasonable amount of time. The two screws that hold the vent grill on were still up there, so I was able to unscrew them and put on the new grill with a little bit of coaxing for tabs to go in the right places, etc. But, I did it. I am 73 and proud of myself for making the old (12 year) microwave look like new again. My husband had a stroke and could not help. I did have to use a step stool to see the screws on top of the microwave and where to put them in. (I slipped the new charcoal filter in place first).
