What was presented by your videos as a quick and simple fix turned into a hugely frustrating process. You should really discuss in these videos that there is a very real possibility that the clips in the liner may indeed break off and then there will be no way to secure the back plate to the top of the liner. This happened to me and after reading some of the comments in the Q&A submissions it has happened to others. The response from your company is that if this happens the plate will need to be glued. What I actually did was purchase an industrial grade Velcro and lock adhesive that extremes of temperature. It’s holding so far. I’m just so glad I was able to find something to secure it. I knew my part was broken but for the life of me couldn't figure out how to remove it or put a new part back in. Found a couple places that were selling the replacement part but that still didn't tell me how to remove or replace it. Then I found your site and not only did you have the part at the lowest price, you also had a short video showing me how to replace it. Made the job so easy I couldn't believe it! I ordered the correct parts from Appliance Parts Pros and followed their video to remove the broken parts and install the new parts! I struggled a little because some of the parts didn't pop off as easily as it looked in the video (although part of the issue was I was afraid the tabs would break off inside the holes if I used too much pressure, but they didn't!)
