Billy C Dixon , KY November 01, 2015 Baking element burned out The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires. Hooked the wires up to the new element and pushed it back into the holes and put the 2 screws back in and turned the stove on and that was all there was to that. Eugene D Highland Park , IL April 03, 2015 The bake element failed on our 40+ yr old electric oven/stove in one of our rental apartments I contacted Appliance Pros on 3/30/15 and received the correct replacement bake element on 3/31/15. Exact replacement part and less than 15 min. to replace the element. Very impressed with Appliance Pros staff and order process. If you supply the make/model/SN, they can find the needed part in minutes. I will use Appliance Pros in the future. One suggestion when removing the wires from the old element, use small wood clothes pins to clamp/hold wires from retracting into the back of the oven. Be sure elec power is shut off to oven!
