Bryan S Owensboro , KY April 13, 2018 Drawers broken and bar missing from bottom shelf on door of Whirlpool refrigerator. Looked up the parts list and diagram by serial number. Found the correct part numbers and ordered 2 crisper drawers, the meat drawer and the bar that holds bottles on the bottom shelf of the door. The diagram showed endcaps needed on the bar, but that was only for if the bar was for the freezer door. Parts were a little expensive, but we're beautiful and delivered in just a few days. I have endcaps I don't need, but might need someday if any of them in the freezer we're to break. Overall, it like having a new refrigerator for a fraction of the price. Great service.
