Ed H Hazlet , NJ October 13, 2015 My kitchen aid double oven glass cracked Unfortunately it was trial and no error. I could not find how to disassemble the door over the internet. There was other models but not mine. I eventually figured it out and only dropped and lost one screw with no other broken glass. APP was great in picking out the right part. Nelson C Oakland , CA July 25, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool 24" Built-In Electric Single Oven Self-Clean RBS245PDT16 The oven door on my whirlpool range had broken glass on the inside Removed and disassembled the door. Put the new glass in. The glass came super fast - ordered Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday. The whole repair took approximately 1 hour and I took my time. Probably could have done it in 45 minutes. A pretty easy repair. Just keep in mind that the glass mounts for the inner panes of glass on the door are not symmetric - take a photo of them before disassembling them. Changing the glass in the door took about 30 minutes. Mainly because the door required a lot of disassembly to the interior glass. It went very smoothly though. The part fir was perfect. Read More...
