My husband replaced the broken parts with the new ones that we ordered from you. They fit perfectly!

The holder for my deli drawer would not work because the left endcap tab had broken off. I called Appliance Part Pros and talked with their customer service rep. In a matter of minutes I had factory certified replacement parts on their way to fix my problem. I ended up replacing two endcaps and the panty glides, so that the factory replacement parts would work appropriately together. It was a little more involved than originally expected, but between my husband and I, we had the refrigerator back together in less that an hour with everything working perfectly. I will definitely use Appliance Part Pros again if necessary.

Rail replacement is 2 screws and 5 minutes. The drawer support is 2 screws and a few interconnecting plastic parts. Cleaning the fridge took longer than replacing both parts. The online video are excellent! The parts are exact replacements.

I ordered the replacement parts. They arrived after two business days in one box. Nothing was missing or damaged in transit. I knew how to replace the parts because this is an old refrigerator that I fixed in the past. Notes: - You will need a nut driver to open and close the screws because they have a hex head. - The new screws that I ordered according to the refrigerator's drawings on the AppliancePartsPros website were much longer than the existing screws. So I reused the old screws.
