This lint screen grille covers the lint filter opening inside the dryer drum. It supports the lint screen and provides a smooth surface at the opening to prevent snags, restoring proper fit and safe airflow. What it does:

• Supports and aligns the lint screen so it sits flush in the opening
• Shields the blower intake and keeps fabrics from contacting internal parts
• Provides a smooth edge to help prevent clothes from snagging or fraying

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing
• Open the dryer door and remove the screws securing the existing grille
• Lift out the old grille, position the new grille, and secure it with the existing screws
• Reinstall the lint screen and verify it slides smoothly and sits flush
