George G El Paso , TX September 27, 2014 Broken grill vent cover on maytag microwave It is held on by two (2) screws so all I had to do was get on my stepladder and screw the new one on. You just have to be careful because it is a very fragile piece of plastic, just like the original one. I must add how lucky I was to come across your company. Besides the part being less costly than ordering it here in El Paso, Tx, it was a pleasant experience doing business with you folks. I was surprised to learn that you are located in Cleveland, TN. I actually have distant relatives from Cleveland and Susan said she would try to put me in touch with them.
