Whirlpool 61005399 Refrigerator Freezer Door Handle (White) OEM Part

I took out the old screws which were a bit of a challenge. The new handles seemed too short. Learned they needed to be warmed to be more flexible. Put near fireplace for a few minutes. Then with a little pressure they snapped into place and I screwed them in. Looks like new again.

Replacement parts.

The owners of the home we're currently renting had allowed bisque handles to be used with a white refrigerator. Call me crazy but that was something I found to be unacceptable. So...I gathered the model number of our fridge, ordered the replacement handles, and changed them out myself quite easily. Now. I no longer cringe when I am in the kitchen!

I bought the 2 handles I needed. Only AppliancePartsPros.com, had them, my refrigerator is 21 years old.

The freezer handle was easily removed and replaced by removing the 4 screws. The door handle was easily removed but the replacement part didn't exactly line up with the screw hole on the door. With help I was able to pull it down and get the screw in. They work with a little help.
