David W Greenfield , MA December 19, 2014 Broken upper spray arm mount assembly Somehow my Whirlpool dishwasher spray arm and supply tube broke. The plastic literally snapped. I tried to glue it back with Gorilla glue but it didn't hold due to the high heat... so in a few weeks I had the same problem again. I ordered both the Spray Arm and Supply Tube Kit and the Upper Spray Arm Mount Assembly. BTW I also ordered the Wash Arm Tube Holder not knowing that one came with the Spray Arm and Supply Tube Kit (NO BIG DEAL). The on-line videos with your website made the repair work extremely easy. The old Upper Spray Arm Mount Assembly was a little different than the new one. The video made it clear that the new one didn't need to be capped. Shipping was quick. Cost was minimal. Vika K Salem , MA June 20, 2016 The wash arm broke off plastic arm holder fell apart and the arm fell onto the heating element and burnt I ordered a replacement arm and the holder. Im glad i ordered additional holder because the one that was included into the wash arm kit came in broken. Other then that - the replacement itself was easy and I was done in about 10 minutes or less. All works great now! Read More...
