Whirlpool W11665456 Range Leveling Leg OEM Part

The problem was partly caused because the original legs were at full extension. The replacement legs were longer than the originals and were more secure at the needed length. One difficulty was that the threaded base plate where the legs screwed in had been damaged and had to be reshaped, I was able to reshape the sockets with some effort, to allow the legs to thread in, though one remained slightly angled. (A metal tool of some type which could be threaded in and used to bend the socket area to the correct angle would be useful; the plastic legs aren't strong enough to do bending of the bottom plate.) Had to raise the range up on blocks to be able to work on the bottom plate sockets. Replacing the legs was easy, fixing the sockets for them was challenging!

The threads were bent out of shapre so i had to reshape them before the legs woiuld screw in. Turns out I only needed two of the legs. Can I return the other two?

I had to disassemble the oven door to access the screws holding the handle inplace. It was easy, first had to remove the glass window from the door, 2 screws for that, and it slides out. Then its just a matter of getting to the 2 screws that hold the handle in place. reassembly was just as easy. Did not have to take to oven door off of the oven, thank you Mr Oven Designer.

Received parts and replaced components. Made the wife happy, so I,m happy.

Jacked up the front end of the oven with a can and,screwed in the feet...DONE!
