James C Battle Creek , MI October 21, 2016 The dryer lint filter failed and we were getting lint throughout our home I looked up the model number for our dryer on Appliance a parts Pros website, selected the drawing which contained the part I needed and then scrolled down to the part number. I called the toll free number and even though it was the middle of the night I connected with their American customer service staff and a few minutes later the order was completed. I received the part three business days after placing the order. One thing I noticed and reported to the Appliance Parts Pro customer service. When I clicked onto the web based order page my iPad didn't display a padlock which indicates the page is secure. Please check this on ANY website which allows you to submit ordered online.
