It was late Thursday night (10:30 local time) when I needed to order a replacement wheel; the part number I had from my manual did not match the one listed on your site. I hit the Chat link, not expecting to reach anyone that late in the day, but I received a response within three seconds. The young lady not only confirmed the proper part but entered the order while we "chatted". I did not request fast delivery but received the part needed 36 hours later...amazing. Harry K East Brunswick , NJ March 19, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDP01ILBL0 Upper dishrack kept falling off track wheels were cracked and/or broken Took out dishrack, removed clamps and slid off old wheels and brackets (old wheels were clamped on with automotive hose clamps from a temporary repair), and slid new ones into place.
